Certain appointments require scheduling by phone. For urgent care, surgery, dentistry, and any procedure requiring sedation, please call us at (865) 724-1040 to schedule your pet’s appointment.

To ensure a timely appointment, please note the following:

Book in advance: Technician appointments fill quickly, so book 1-2 weeks ahead.
Limited Saturday availability: If you need a Saturday appointment, please also select a weekday alternative when booking online or call us to be scheduled for our next available Saturday. (Please note that technician appointments are not available on Saturdays.)
Last appointment: The last appointment of the day is at 4:30 PM.
