Cancellation Policy: We ask that you call as soon as you know you are unable to make your appointment. Any necessary appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, then the below No-Show Policy will be enforced.
No-Show Policy: If you do not call or text to cancel or reschedule, the appointment will be marked as a “No-Show”. After 2 No-Show appointments the No-Show Policy will be applied to your account. When this policy is enacted, a deposit equal to the exam cost will be taken at the time of scheduling. If you attend the scheduled appointment, this deposit will be applied to your account. If you do not make that appointment without notice, then the deposit will be forfeited as a No Show Fee.
Late Policy: If you are running late for your appointment, please call to notify our office as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be required to reschedule, and the appointment will be marked as a No-Show.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Procedures: We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of procedure appointments such as surgeries, drop offs and sedations. If you cancel, reschedule, or No-Show to a procedure with less than 48-hour notice, a deposit equal to 50% of the procedure estimate will be required at the time of rescheduling. That payment will be applied to the procedure cost unless this policy is not followed, in which case that payment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
