Kelsey has been working in veterinary medicine since 2014, with experience spanning small animal general practice as well as mixed large- and small-animal care. Her lifelong love for animals began in childhood, nurtured by a grandmother who spent countless hours reading animal books with her and watching The Crocodile Hunter, inspiring a deep respect for all living things. At home, Kelsey shares life with a full and joyful household that includes three dogs— Celeste an Australian Cattle Dog/Cocker Spaniel mix, Mellow a Golden Retriever, and Oswald a young Schapendoes—as well as nine cats: Luna, Lucifer, Bellies, Molly, Polly, Splotch, Newton, Bender, and Colgate. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, tending her houseplants, training and walking her dogs, and relaxing with cozy video games. Her dedication to animal well-being and compassionate care is at the heart of everything she does.
